I am an avid music lover and Associate Editor for Austin Music + Entertainment (www.austinme.com). I am a graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sociology/Statistics and I also have a degree in English. I am assistant producer on the Austin Convention and Visitors Bureau yearly compilation CD, Austin Music Volume 9, which features local and upcoming artists. I have been a volunteer and worked around in the music industry for ten plus years. My passion is Austin ("The Live Music Capital of the World"), music, writing, Cultural Sociology and Counterculture.
